These Terms of Purchase set out how you (the User) can make purchases from Us (The SLT Scrapbook – trading name of TEOL LTD). Please read them carefully.
We pride ourselves in providing a high level of customer service and ensuring that you are clear in respect of all of your rights relating to your purchase. Please get in touch before you make your purchase if you have any questions.

Terminology: In this document, the terms “digital downloads”, “product”, “digital product”, “resources”, “digital resources”, “materials”, and “digital materials” all refer to the digital downloads available for sale on the site and our TPT store.

PRODUCTS AND DELIVERY
We sell digital resources designed primarily for use by professionals such as Speech and Language Therapists (SLTs), teachers, and educators. Occasionally, parents and caregivers may purchase resources.
You are purchasing access to a digital asset, you will not receive a physical product. You will receive instant access automatically once your payment has been processed. You can then download and save to your device.
Some products may be updated after purchase; where relevant, we will make reasonable efforts to provide updated versions to existing customers.
ACCOUNT REGISTRATION
To complete a purchase, you must create an account on our website. You are responsible for providing accurate information for your account, maintaining the confidentiality of your login details, and for all activity that occurs under your account.
PURCHASE TERMS FOR DIGITAL DOWNLOADS
By purchasing a digital product from The SLT Scrapbook, you gain access to a single-user, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use that product for your own work. This includes personal use by professionals (e.g. SLTs or teachers) with their own clients or students.
You may not:
• Store the resource on a shared drive where the file can be accessed by other people (unless you have purchased additional or school licences).
• Host the resource online in any form, including but not limited to: on a shared drive (unless you have a multi-user/school licence), classroom/school website, personal website, Facebook group, shared Google Drive file, etc.
• Sell, share, or give away a copy of this resource in any form (i.e., digital or printed)
• Claim the resource as your own. You have been granted a single-user licence, but the copyright remains with The SLT Scrapbook/TEOL LTD.
• Print full copies to share with families, caregivers, teachers, or other therapists.
• Upload and edit the resource within a design software, such as Canva, for any purpose.
• Translate the resource without express written permission from The SLT Scrapbook.
• Share login credentials, downloaded files, or purchase confirmation emails.
• Modify products unless explicitly stated (e.g. editable resources)
Before completing a purchase, you will be required to tick a box confirming your agreement to these Terms. This confirms that you understand and agree to waive your cancellation rights upon downloading.
REFUNDS AND RETURNS FOR DIGITAL PRODUCTS
All sales are final once payment is made and/or the download has begun.
Due to the instant nature of digital downloads, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds once a product has been downloaded.
We offer refunds in the following cases:
– In the case of accidental duplicate purchases:
We understand this happens occasionally, and we are happy to cancel and refund the duplicate order provided that you have not downloaded the duplicate copy. To request a refund for a duplicate order, contact us via email. DO NOT download the duplicated resource; if you download both resources, we will not be able to issue a refund.
This can also apply to instances where you have purchased an individual product as well as a bundle – If you buy a bundle and already own an individual product that is included in that bundle, you may ask for a refund for the individual product. However, both products must be purchased through the same store- The Teachers Pay Teachers (TPT) store or the The SLT Scrapbook website. Please contact su*****@*************ok.com to discuss this.
– Change of mind (in limited cases):
If you purchase a product but do not download it, we will provide a full refund or store credit within 14 days of purchase. We will not provide a refund after this time or if you have downloaded the product.
If you believe you have grounds for a refund beyond those stated above (e.g. technical access issues), you may contact us to explain your request. We will review all such requests on a case-by-case basis.
We understand that sometimes there can be confusion or difficulty in using digital resources. If you need assistance or have any concerns, please contact us at su*****@*************ok.com.
Sale Price Policy:
Prices may change during promotions or sales. We are unable to offer refunds or price adjustments for purchases made before a sale begins.
Our regular prices are set to remain as affordable as possible, and upcoming sales are shared with our newsletter subscribers and social media followers in advance. You can join our email list here to be notified of future promotions.
For many professionals, purchases of our resources may also be claimed as a business expense for tax purposes.

If you experience any issues accessing or downloading your purchase, please contact us at su*****@*************ok.com with ‘Tech Query’ in the subject line. We aim to respond within 2–3 business days, although reply times may be slower during holidays.
PAYMENT AND PRICING
We accept payments via Stripe, Google Pay, and PayPal. No VAT is currently charged or collected.
All prices are based on a base currency of GBP. These prices are in line with the USD pricing in our TPT store. You can convert the prices to a select number of local currencies; you can change this in the drop-down box on the product listing page.
DISCLAIMERS
Our resources are aimed at Speech and Language Therapists and teachers, and should be used as a part of, or in adjunct to, Speech and Language Therapy services, and not in place of those services. It is up to the individual professional to determine if any of the resources available on our site apply to the therapy process for each individual child. Professionals using the Site and any digital downloads purchased on the Site should apply their own clinical or educational judgement. While we aim to provide helpful and high-quality resources and information, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes or results from using our products or Site.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content, including digital products, branding, images, and written materials, remains the intellectual property of TEOL Ltd. Purchasing a product does not grant ownership, only a limited licence to use it under these Terms.

TERMINATION OF ACCESS
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, including unauthorised sharing or misuse of products.
LEGAL JURISDICTION
These Terms and any claim or dispute arising in relation to any purchase will be governed by English law. You and we agree that the courts of England and Wales shall have non-exclusive jurisdiction to settle any such claim or dispute.
CHANGES TO TERMS
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time.
By continuing to access or use our Site and resources after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.
